We at Berry appreciate your willingness to volunteer to help out! We know everyone is busy these days but we can not continue to put on the events we do without volunteers so we do appreciate every helping hand!

A note about chairing events: Don't let it intimidate you! We are in need of people to step up and run events throughout the year. Whether you take it on alone or ask a friend or two to co-chair, we are here to support you and will give you all the guidance and resources you need! Chairing does not always mean more of a time commitment...if you do it right, it could mean less!

Photo Retake/Sibling Day (Nov 14): assist kids through process
Toys for Tots and Social Services Drive (Nov 27-Dec 1): monitor toy donations during am dropoff
Holiday Shop (Dec 11-15): set up, assist kids, checkout, pack up
Spring Spiritwear (Jan): tally and sort orders
Square Dance (Jan): set up, monitor refreshments, clean up
1st Grade Breakfast (Feb 1): food prep, set up, clean up
Square 1 (March): tally and sort orders
Kindergarten Breakfast (Apr 5): food prep, set up/clean up, monitor food
Spring Book Fair (Apr 9-13): set up, assist kids, check out, pack up
Bingo Night (Apr 12): set up, monitor, clean up
Kindergarten Screenings (May): greet families, answer basic questions
Mother's Day Plant Sale (May 11): tally orders, order plants, assist kids
Circle of Friends Brunch (May 17): food prep, set up/clean up, monitor food
Grade 3 Tile Wall (May): tally orders

Baking: bake (or buy) refreshments for certain events
Gardening: maintain planters in front of school
Box Tops: collect monthly, track class totals, prepare for mailing
Cultural Events: find and arrange cultural events for school assemblies.
Teacher Appreciation: coordinate and assist with occasional events and treats
3rd Grade End of Year: coordinate multiple end of year events and tasks
